Is Each NCLEX Question Timed?
There’s no time limit on individual questions on the NCLEX. You can take as long as you need on each question. Please note that you should strive to complete at least the minimum number of questions within the 5-hour time frame.
Pro-Tip
The reason I say to make sure you at least complete the minimum number of questions within the time limit is because of the way the NCLEX is scored.
If you don’t answer at least 75 questions, you won’t have a chance of passing the NCLEX.

Do You Get Extra Time For Breaks on the NCLEX?
You do not get extra time for breaks on the NCLEX. The total 5-hour test limit includes the optional scheduled breaks and any other unscheduled breaks you might take.
